hi Hotel Ivy Buyukada

The breakfast was tasty overall and had a good range of choices. The pool is on the small side but works for basic swimming, and the location is convenient. Since the island is small, getting around is easy. One downside is that rooms aren't cleaned every day and towels aren't replaced daily.

The location and view are perfect 👌, and breakfast is just average. The beds were the problem for me. I couldn't sleep properly.

The noise made the nights miserable. We could hear activity in nearby rooms and on the stairs, and the door to reception wouldn't shut easily, so it kept being slammed and startling us. The room and stairs were dusty, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the staff seemed gloomy and indifferent to guests. Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and we barely ate before leaving feeling sick. This hotel was a huge disappointment for a vacation. The owner needs to make major changes, starting with management. It's an embarrassment to the hotel and tourism field.

I got good value for the money. My standard room faced the street, was clean, and had the basic amenities. I had made a request before arriving, and the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was a typical Turkish spread on the terrace overlooking the pool. Most staff spoke Turkish, but they were pleasant and gave good service. The pool is too small for much swimming, though it was clean and still nice for a dip and sunbathing.
