We're three nights into a seven-night stay, and it's been a letdown so far. The food is bland and repetitive, the pool is freezing, and paying €2 a day for WiFi feels ridiculous in 2025. The location is good, but that's about the only clear positive. One male receptionist did help us order food late at night. He seemed stressed too, but at least he tried to help. As the only Black guests, we've felt uncomfortable with people staring and repeatedly calling us “Americana.” Most of the guests are Russian or Ukrainian, and it feels as if the hotel mainly caters to them while others get overlooked. Reception has mostly been rude and unwelcoming. One receptionist, who always looks grumpy, picked up the phone in the middle of speaking with me and left me waiting without apologizing. Others start helping new arrivals before they've finished with you. Also, the hotel is two hours from the international airport. I'll update this after the stay ends.

The hotel is in a good location and the employees were nice, but the whole place seemed to come down with a stomach bug. We had vomiting and diarrhea around the clock for the entire week, and it was really bad.

The beach is right across from Saritas Hotel in Alanya, and the hotel is well connected to the city centre, which works well for families. Staff were polite and helpful, check-in and check-out were quick, and the property stayed clean and well maintained. A leak developed in our room. They didn't offer to move us, but the staff dealt with it quickly and fixed it efficiently. The food was decent, though it was hard to tell what some dishes were because there were no labels. That could be a problem for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions. The meaning of “All Inclusive” was also unclear, since many things we expected to be included actually cost extra, which was disappointing and confusing. One of the bar staff stood out for his excellent service. He always wore black and had long hair tied in a bun. Our stay was pleasant overall, with a few things that could be improved.

The pool was clean and a good size, and the hotel is in a handy spot, with the beach across the road and shops about a 10-15 minute walk away. The air conditioning worked and didn't cost extra, which was a plus. But we wouldn't come back, and I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. We arrived at 2 a.m. to a receptionist who was curt and didn't offer to help with our bags. After all that travel, we were hungry and thirsty, but there was no water in the fridge or any midnight snack like soup. All-inclusive ended at 11 p.m., so we had to buy water and juice at reception. WiFi also cost extra. The food looked awful, was nearly the same each day, and had no labels. The dining area was small, and some nights we couldn't get a seat. Our room was tiny and dated for a supposedly four-star hotel. The fridge was yellow, the electricity key was loose on the wall and had to be banged in, and there were marks all over the walls. The empty shampoo and conditioner bottles weren't refilled. The shower nozzle was filthy and rusty, and the cheap curtain let water onto the bathroom floor, soaking the bath mat too. We also had a broken light and a TV that looked like it was from the 1980s. There weren't many sunbeds. Our towels were taken off one because reserving beds was forbidden, even though plenty of people did it throughout the week. Entertainment ran only three nights a week, and even then it was rubbish and boring. When we checked out and realized 20 minutes later that we'd left our plane snacks behind, we were told we couldn't go back to the room because someone else was already in it. I can't imagine if we'd left money or a device. Staff were so unhelpful and rude, without even a smile. Drinks were another problem: spirit cups were 200 ml, with maybe 150 ml or more of straight vodka, and all the cups were tiny and unclean. The beer was flat and came in plastic cups. We didn't spend much on ourselves, but still spent more money than we did on the flights and hotel. The beach is close, but we were told it was really rocky and never went.

The food wasn't great, so we ended up eating out most of the time. At check-in on the first night, the hotel had misspelled one of our names and kept us waiting for over an hour. They pushed us to take an upgrade as compensation, then charged us for it. They did give free WiFi to three of the six people in our group.
