My Garden Nature Club

The surrounding nature is beautiful, but the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the hotel first opened. Shampoo bottles left open by previous guests were still there, and the shower enclosure edges were filthy and black. Cleaning clearly isn't given any attention. We came with an Eastern Black Sea tour, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The setting in nature is truly special, with magnificent views and a great location. We visited to look into it for a business trip. A new owner has taken over, and I get the sense they're sincerely trying to improve the service. There are still things they could work on, but it's a distinctive spot for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.

My family and I stayed one night on August 22, 2023, and regretted it completely. Staff were very indifferent, and the dinner left us hungry. At breakfast, nobody came to help us. They told us breakfast was over, even though it was only 9:30 in the morning and there was no breakfast. I wouldn't give the hotel even one point. I'll never stay there again or recommend it to any friends.

We loved the natural beauty and scenery, and the owner was helpful, trying to sort out the serious cleanliness problems. We were satisfied with how he treated his customers, though cleanliness was a real shortcoming.
