Insta Residence

The Karaköy location is okay, but I wouldn't stay here again. Most reception staff didn't speak English; the exception was the polite, helpful Sudanese man on the night shift. We had two power cuts and there was no generator, not even to run the elevator, while our room was on the fifth floor. The room was cold, with a broken toilet seat, no towel rack, and a loose window letting cold air in. I got sick on the first night. There was no mirror or “Do Not Disturb” sign, and the cleaner knocked every morning. Her cleaning amounted to making the bed. The sink was loose too, and the place wasn't good value for money. It could be a good hotel because of its location, but it feels neglected and needs proper management and maintenance.

For two weeks, I felt safe and almost like family here as a solo female traveler. The team at Insta Hotel made it easy whenever I needed something, and Erkan and the others helped me with so much. I was greeted with a smile and tea when I arrived. My room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept wonderfully. The location is hard to beat. Cafes, the promenade, and public transport are right outside, so it's easy to reach attractions on both sides of the Bosphorus. Thanks again to the team. I'll definitely be back.

The place was neat and clean, and the staff were really friendly. They let us check out late without charging extra, and it's a perfect spot, just five minutes from Galataport. Thanks especially to Mr.Erol, who helped us and was so kind and friendly.

I had a great stay and already miss the place 💗. The staff were responsible, friendly, and capable, and the room cleaning was perfect. The location is convenient too, only five minutes from the Bosphorus.
