Tuvana Hotel - Special Class

The pool area was clean and pleasant, and the hotel grounds had charm. We liked the furnishings in our Superior Room, but the maintenance was poor. The toilet flush didn't work properly and stayed unrepaired after we reported it. Instead, we were offered a smaller room. The bathroom light flickered, too. Cockroaches in the room and one in the foyer made us uncomfortable about the hygiene. The minibar was vastly overpriced. Breakfast was passable, but felt cheap and disappointing for a hotel of this standard. We ate at the in-house fine dining restaurant, where the food was good but far too expensive for what was offered. The other two hotel restaurants had the same pricing problem. Service depended on who was working, from attentive and helpful to indifferent. At night, music and voices from outside could make it quite noisy, especially on weekends. The setting and character were lovely, but the room problems and hygiene issues made us uncomfortable, and the food and restaurant prices didn't meet our expectations.

Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, and the service was superb. Right in the center of the Old Town, the hotel puts shops and restaurants just steps away. The pool is stunning, a quiet little oasis amid the bustle where you can really relax. They also have deals with local restaurants that give you 10% off. A beautiful hotel, and a great place to book when visiting Antalya.

The staff were always smiling and ready to help, and the hotel has good facilities, especially the pool. Breakfast wasn't the best, though they offer discounts at a few nearby restaurants. It's in the old town on a lovely quiet street, with a beautiful antique feel. I'd recommend Tuvana Hotel and would stay again if I return to Antalya.

The pool and garden made a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring the city, and having free private parking was a real help with our rental car. Breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from. We picked one of the smaller rooms for two, which had a nice balcony. Tuvana Hotel is tucked into the heart of Antalya's old town, with elegant antique decor that gives it a warm, timeless feel unlike other places we've stayed. Highly recommended for character, comfort and a central location.
