We stayed in November and had no trouble with heating, whether in the bungalow, the rooms, or around the pool. We bought groceries and prepared breakfast and other meals ourselves, without asking the property to provide anything. The bungalow is close to the beach, less than a five-minute drive from the center, and markets are within walking distance. The young family running the place are lovely people. We were satisfied overall, but I don’t think it’s well suited for women who wear veils. There isn’t much privacy, and the partition walls could be taller. Nearby buildings have windows and balconies that overlook much of the bungalow.

If you’re bringing kids for the hot pool, please read this. We booked through Setur for Thursday and Friday, November 13 and 14, 2025. Check-in was at 2 p.m., but the pool was cold when we arrived. I only went there because the kids wanted to swim, and they’d mentioned it was cold. I was told it would warm up by evening, and I relayed that to them. An hour later it still wasn’t heating, so I went back to ask. I was told to be patient. I went back and forth about ten times, and the water stayed cold. The kids were crying. I eventually took them to the store for a while, even though I’d brought groceries already. When we returned, it still hadn’t warmed up. I tried to make light of it and told them to play in the shower, but then the shower hose burst. I fixed that myself. There was no key at the door. When I asked about one, they said, “Everyone knows them,” and I kept quiet. The path to the place was a muddy mess with laundry hanging around. Inside, there was no serving knife, only four glasses for five people, no toilet paper, and not enough towels. I said nothing about those things either. By then, six hours had passed. I politely asked them to tell me if the pool wouldn’t heat, because I couldn’t explain the delay to the kids and the day was wasted. I got replies like, “Oh, you’ll get hot one night,” and “What’s the big deal, I was going to tell you that anyway.” I said I had other plans Saturday and would leave two hours later, but asked them to be honest if the pool wasn’t going to work because the kids were restless. Again they told me to be patient. I asked why they’d sold it as heated if it was broken. The person I spoke to took another spoonful of food and looked at me. I went home and told the kids the water was hot, but it wasn’t. The pool finally warmed up Friday morning, November 14, and the kids got in. The floors were plastic and the walls were artificial grass. It felt like a prison, made for conservatives, and not at all like a nature vacation. I kept quiet about that too, thinking parents would understand. On Saturday, November 15, the kids wanted to swim in the morning, but the pool was cold again. I said I’d cause trouble if I went to ask this time. Around 10, it warmed a little and they went in. They said we could stay Saturday as well. I told them we’d leave two or three hours later, and if they’d already given the room to someone else, they shouldn’t have to worry. I left politely. Three days after we got home, my wife told me they’d called her around 11 on Saturday to get her to leave slowly. She said they’d told us we could stay that day, but then the place had been given to someone else. She told them we were leaving anyway and that without kids it wasn’t somewhere we’d stay. She hadn’t mentioned this to me at the time. I’ve since reported the broken heat exchanger, whatever it is, and these other problems to SETUR, TÜRSAB, and other public institutions. It’s a dingy place, with laundry hanging around, a muddy route in, and almost everything missing. That’s why I’m writing this now. There’s no point in dealing with these people. Best regards. The business’s response is below. :)

The pool is a good size and really nice. The owner is very helpful, and the place is extremely clean. It’s a great setting for families with children.

The bungalow we stayed in had power cuts every 5-10 minutes, and there was nobody we could talk to properly. The so-called heated pool was freezing, really only lukewarm, and far too cold for a child. I just checked out and am writing this now. The rooms looked incredibly clean, but the plates and glasses were filthy. We came hoping to relax and ended up more upset. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

The resort has beautiful, extra-large bungalows that comfortably fit six, with heated pools and barbecue facilities. It’s 7,000 TL a night, with breakfast included and internet access. The breakfast portions are small, and cleanliness could be better.
