Limapark Hotel

The city center location was very convenient, with shops, restaurants, coffee places, groceries, and other services close by. The staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t helpful when we asked to change rooms. They said none were available, even though we saw rooms listed on several websites. We checked in on 5 September 2022, but left two days early because the room was full of ants. They kept the full amount and didn’t ask why we left or whether there had been a problem on their end. Our third-floor room had a balcony, but the ceiling was very low and the lighting was dim. The carpet was filthy, and ants were in both the room and bathroom. The phone and minibar didn’t work. They fixed the minibar the next day after we reported it. The bathroom was old but clean, and the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. WiFi was very slow. The curtain fell down, and since it was nighttime, I had to fix it myself. It was a very bad stay, and I lost money for two days we didn’t use. We don’t recommend this hotel. I don’t blame the staff, but the owner. The owner last replied to reviews five years ago.

I had a good stay for nearly a week. The hotel was clean, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was available every day for three hours and was great. The WiFi speed was decent, and there’s a beautiful spa here. I’d definitely recommend it.

I spent 15 days in Turkey and stayed here three times on separate dates, each time in a different room. They were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and breakfast was good. The front desk wasn’t helpful, though, and there was no hanger in the bathroom. Nobody was at the spa, which didn’t open until 2 pm. That was really bad.
