Lake Look Sapanca

I came back after a stay that had been perfect, and a few things had changed since last year. We used to get fire pit wood and barbecue coal for free, but now there's a charge. Breakfast was awful, nothing like before. I hope the place can keep providing the same high quality of service. Thank you.

The lake view was lovely, and our room was clean. Breakfast was acceptable, the staff were friendly, and it works well for families.

The food was a pleasant surprise. We ordered through the QR menu in the room, and the hot pizzas were delicious. The brownies we had with tea were as good as ones from upscale cafes. You can ask for as much coffee and tea as you want, and there's a kettle and coffee maker in the room. I stayed in room 208 with my wife and 13-year-old son. We had a lot of fun and relaxed, and parked right in front. It's at the very end, with nature, forest, and a wonderful lake in view. It felt very secure, with reception staff there at all hours and 10-meter-high garden walls, so there was no chance of anyone coming in from outside. It also had the largest garden view. The building is very new and functional, and the interior was spotlessly clean with thoughtful details, including a premium YouTube account on the smart TV. Underfloor heating and air conditioning warmed the room quickly. The pool was a perfect temperature, around 35 degrees Celsius. The staff were super kind and helpful. Thank you for everything.

We spent four days here in May, and everything went very well. My wife, our two-year-old son, and I had a fantastic holiday without any problems. The rooms, garden, and pool were spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious. Special thanks to the owner, Mr. Selim, and the receptionists, Sude and Can, who treated us like friends. 👍
