Don't assume the reviews here are misleading. I came across their Instagram account by chance, and my wife and I decided to give it a try. We weren't expecting anywhere near this much, especially since we were hesitant about the place. At 10 pm, the gentleman we spoke to on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, gave us a video tour of the facility. Trusting him was the right call. We stayed with our 9-month-old baby, and everything was spotless, from the crib blanket to the tea maker. The house was stocked with everything, even disposable sponges and cloths for the kitchen, plus slippers to use indoors like in a hotel room. The pool was warm even at 5 am, and the garden was spotless and well kept. We loved it. The location is central, right among the shopping areas, not in the middle of nowhere. The staff were wonderfully polite and kind. They earned every penny, and I wholeheartedly congratulate them on this establishment. 🙂‍↔️

The pool stayed warm enough that we never felt cold, and breakfast was good too. I’d been unsure about booking because I’m allergic to dust, but they were very serious about cleanliness and had even reassured me before we arrived. You leave your shoes outside the bungalow and use the paper slippers provided. We did notice a few small things that could’ve been better, but when we got in touch, they tried their best to sort them out. Thanks again for that. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and it was a nice spot for a weekend away.

The location worked so well for us, with everything just 5-10 minutes away, and breakfast was so generous we couldn’t finish it. My wife had already left a review, but I wanted to add my own because we were really happy with our stay. The friendly service mattered a lot to us. The room smelled clean as soon as we walked in, and the kitchen had enough supplies, including sponges, detergent, and cloths. We have a small child and care a lot about things being kept tidy, so they got full marks from us. We felt comfortable going there as a family. 😇🙏🏼

The pool was lovely at any time of day and in any weather, so we’d happily come back. We arrived to a warm, clean, and friendly place, and it’s close to everything. There’s already plenty inside, so you only need to bring food and similar things if you want to. We had a really nice stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

We left very pleased and hope to return. The house and pool were clean, and the place had a peaceful, pleasant feel. The pool was properly warm, even when we went in while it was raining, which was great. We stayed for two days, and after trying several bungalows in Sapanca, this one was a favorite. The staff were attentive, and I’m grateful for all their help. Kitchen items, breakfast, and the other amenities were all adequate. Thankfully, we didn’t run into any problems.
