The service was great. One day I was out, and although deliveries are usually collected from reception, the receptionist brought our food to the bungalow because we had a baby. Everything was ready when we arrived, the rooms were perfect, and the pool stayed hot so we could use it whenever we wanted. I'd definitely recommend visiting this resort.

I made a one-night booking for a weekend away, but accidentally chose the wrong dates. Even though it was marked non-refundable, the resort helped me out and allowed a refund. Thanks so much. That's how you do business 👏

The pictures online show how beautiful the resort is, but the service deserves a mention too. I checked in very late, almost midnight, and management still paid attention and sorted out my issues quickly. Highly recommended!

Our family of eight had such a memorable time at My Resort Prive in Sapanca that we added a third night after originally booking two. The large villa and heated pool worked perfectly for us, and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff were wonderful, helping with the barbecue and bringing wood for the fire pit in the common area. It made for a cozy evening. I'd highly recommend it for families.

We had a spacious, well-kept bungalow and a wonderful stay that felt quite grand. The pool and lake view were amazing, and the staff were very friendly, quick, and ready to help with every request. It's an excellent hotel in a great location. I'd definitely come back.
