Seyr-i Villa

A clean, peaceful villa with a great price, and a one of a kind stay. We were there for a week. Thanks so much from Los Angeles.

The owner was attentive and answered our questions sincerely, sharing all the detailed information we needed about the house. The place was clean and hygienic, and the surroundings felt secure. Its location in Sapanca made it easy to reach things nearby. We had a very enjoyable three-day holiday with our group of friends, thanks in part to the view and location. Thank you for everything.

The owners, Mr. Ahmet and Mrs. Hacer, were kind and attentive throughout our stay, and we could always reach someone if we needed anything. That’s a big part of why we feel comfortable choosing Seyr-i Villa again. We came for a few days of rest this year, just as we did last year, and after hearing about problems people have had at similar villa rentals, we don’t like leaving a holiday to chance. Here, we’ve had a trouble-free stay. The location is unusually handy for a quiet place surrounded by greenery. Shops, cafés, restaurants, places to visit, and the cable car stations are close by, with the street right there if you need something as simple as bread for breakfast. Green areas can attract flies, insects, and ants, but we were told the property gets regular pest control, and we didn’t have that problem. The garden is lovely, and the pool was spotless and regularly maintained by staff. There’s a barbecue, swings by the pool, a gazebo, and sun loungers. Each bedroom also has a balcony with a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view over coffee. There are four bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs, plus a large living room. All the rooms have air conditioners that worked well and were clean, with no smell or dust when switched on. In places with heavy use, I’ve often found air conditioners faulty or poorly maintained. If, like me, you find air conditioning uncomfortable at night, the ceiling fans are a great alternative for a cool, comfortable sleep. For me, cleanliness is the main thing, and Seyr-i Villa was well above my expectations. There were plenty of fresh towels, sheets, pillows, and kitchen supplies, and I’ve noticed that most of these are replaced each year. I used to bring my own pillowcase and towel to similar places, but I didn’t need to here. Everything you might need in a home is provided. There are three bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, each with a hairdryer, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. I’d recommend it, especially for larger families looking for a peaceful, enjoyable holiday without going too far from Istanbul or worrying about unpleasant surprises.
