We booked through Jolly Tur, and the accommodation details said there was a heated pool. When we arrived, we were told that information was wrong. They said they'd sort it out, asked for another 5,000 TL, and moved us to a different villa type advertised with a heated pool. But the pool never warmed up, so we couldn't use it at all. We reported the problem repeatedly without getting a lasting fix. Seeing guests in nearby villas use their heated pool without any trouble made it even more concerning. The sofa leg was broken when we entered the house. Rather than repair it, they wedged a stone underneath, which showed how inadequate the service was. Having so many problems during a holiday stay was disappointing, and we left a day early. We explained everything to the company representative at checkout and got the dismissive response, "there must be something to it." I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Ahmet Bey was very helpful from the minute we arrived, and we thank him for that. We were two families with babies, though, and ran into problems. The underfloor heating worked on day one, then stopped the next day and couldn't be fixed. There was no hot water on the ground floor either, so we could only use the jacuzzi. These are things to take into account beforehand. Otherwise, the facilities were generally nice.

When we asked about it, they put a stone beneath it instead of making a repair, an unacceptable temporary fix and a serious concern for safety and service quality. The pool and garden lights also would not come on unless someone was specifically asked to switch them on. In short, the booking information was misleading, we paid extra without receiving the promised service, the fixes were unprofessional, and the problems went unresolved throughout our stay. I recommend neither the property nor the booking company.

We arrived to a warm house, and the pool was heated. The garden was nice, the place was easy to reach, and the house was generally clean. The fireplace, pool temperature, and kitchen cleanliness were all good. But the breakfast included with our booking turned out to be a very basic plate delivered to the villa each morning. I hadn't pictured that, and if I'd known, I might have booked somewhere without breakfast instead. There were also no pillows or duvet covers in the extra cupboard. If you're after peace and quiet and don't expect much, you should be fine.
