The forest trail was a highlight for me, whether walking in the morning to the birdsong or at night with crickets chirping. There are lovely lake and forest views around this hotel, too. The restaurant serves breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, with plenty of choice and good quality food. Live music in the open-air dining area gives the evenings a nice feel. Staff were friendly and attentive. In summer the outdoor pool can be crowded, especially with families and children. The indoor pool and spa were much quieter and more relaxing.

The nature around NG Enjoy is spectacular, and it's close to the cable car and Sapanca Lake. We also liked being able to use the facilities at NG Sapanca. There are plenty of free things to do for both adults and kids, including yoga, archery, mini golf, the kids club, and live music. The Turkish food was delicious, and the spa was relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a popular spot for company meetings and nature retreats, so meal times can have big groups. Weekdays are quieter.

I usually feel more comfortable at home because I'm picky, but this hotel really impressed me. We were here two years ago, and the quality seems to have improved. There's now a complimentary minibar, for example. The setting is clean and natural without being bothered by bugs or spiders, and you can take a short walk nearby to spot birds, squirrels, or even hedgehogs. They also have a husky shelter, and you can adopt one if you want. Our room was clean and well equipped, with a huge, very comfortable bed. I always travel with my own pillow, so that mattered to me. There was some dirt left on the toilet seat when we arrived, likely missed in cleaning. The hotel was fully booked, so I understood and cleaned it myself. The food had lots of variety, though the all-inclusive setup can mean a lot of waste. People sometimes take more than they eat, while people around the world, especially in Palestine, are starving. Seeing that waste really breaks my heart. As a Muslim woman, I appreciated having an indoor pool just for women. It'd be great if they had one just for men too, otherwise what's the point? Men also need to guard their awrah and lower their gaze. I love the hotel and its surroundings and would happily return again and again.

They serve guests well, but this isn't my favorite hotel. Something about the atmosphere felt off to me, though I can't say why.
