Ozkum Park Otel

The rooms are really quiet, good, and big. I spent one day in a beautiful cottage, then three days in a room. Many thanks to Mr. Kamal at the front office and his team 🤍

We had a memorable stay at Özkum, and my wife and I would happily come back when we’re in Sapanca again. The room was very clean, the view over Sapanca Lake was beautiful, and the place was so quiet. The staff were welcoming from day one and even offered us Turkish coffee while we waited for our room. Breakfast was delicious, and service there has improved a lot. They were happy to swap items, like making an omelet instead of Menemen, and would bring Turkish coffee after breakfast if asked. The price was very reasonable too. I’d read some negative reviews, but they’re new to the business, and we didn’t experience bad service or an unclean room. They were following the government’s Covid 19 guidelines. I’d recommend Özkum to couples or families looking for a nice place and good service.

The rooms, staff, and food were all lovely, and I’d come back for that delicious breakfast. Just keep in mind there’s a club nearby, so it can get noisy, though it closes by 12AM and you can sleep well after that. Breakfast was 75TL per person.

The location is lovely, but the service at Ozkum restaurant was awful. Three waiters took our order, then we still waited 30 minutes just for a coffee. I wouldn’t recommend it.
