I've returned to Galata Antique Hotel several times because it's a dependable, enjoyable place with a fantastic location and everything I need for a comfortable visit. Serhat deserves special mention. He's professional, attentive to details, and always ready to help, which makes a real difference. He consistently goes beyond what I expect and keeps things running smoothly. His service is why I'd confidently recommend the hotel.

We were happy with our choice. The rooms were comfortable and very good for the price, and the staff were kind throughout our stay. The location is perfect, less than a block from Sisane metro station.

Istikal street is only a two-minute walk away, and Takism square is one metro stop from the hotel. Shishane metro station is right across the street. Perfect location, and I'd stay here again.

The staff were always smiling, friendly, and helpful, and I loved staying at Galata Antique Hotel. The place has a cozy, stylish charm, with thoughtful decor that gives it a warm, distinctive feel. After long days exploring the city, I slept really well in the comfy bed and pillow. Fresh towels each day were a lovely touch. I'll definitely come back.

The building is beautiful inside and out, the staff are exceptionally warm and kind, and the location is perfect. There's a lot of potential here. A few things took away from the stay: small holes in the bathroom walls, tape on the ventilation system, and weak hairdryers. There was also no breakfast service or coffee. Those details could use some work.
