As someone who appreciates the little details, I really liked the stylish, quiet lobby and the warm welcome. Ms. Aslıhan from sales was professional, attentive, and excellent at communicating, which made the stay even better. Rooms were spotless, tidy, and spacious, and the housekeeping team did a great job. The location is handy for transport, with the hospital across the street just a two-minute walk away and the mall five minutes away. The breakfast buffet had enough variety, the restaurant was good, and the café had a lovely area with a separate smoking space. The large parking lot was a big plus too. I know the gym, sauna, and spa are being renovated, and I heard they’ll reopen soon. I’m looking forward to that and would stay here again.

The internet was fast and reliable, which mattered a lot to me. The location was great, close to plenty of attractions and convenient for getting around. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d stay here again.

The hotel is only a few minutes from Marmaray station. It’s one stop to Pendik, where you can catch high-speed trains to Istanbul or Ankara. The area is still waiting for development, though I think it’ll be much better one day. The room was nicely decorated, with clean, comfortable bedding and a good bathroom. Update, 26.3.2026: This was my second stay, and the hotel was excellent again. It was my first time having breakfast, though, and there’s a lot to improve. The bakery items seemed defrosted, the butter was frozen, and the vegetables looked small and not fresh. They really need to improve this.

I spent a few days here and was impressed by how clean the whole hotel was and how friendly the staff were. EMRE deserves a special mention, he was kind, friendly, and spoke good English. Thank you to everyone. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
