Pastel Sapanca

The bungalows were amazing, spacious, very clean, and each had a private swimming pool and a Jakozi on the upper floor. It’s a beautiful place to get away from city noise and reconnect with nature. The staff were very nice, but you do need to drive your own car, and the road is very narrow with part of it unpaved. Based on my experience, I highly recommend it.

The accommodation looked even better in person, and the food was amazing. We spent one night in a nice, secluded place that felt like a romantic setting. It was really relaxing, and the service was unbeatable.

We stayed two nights and didn’t feel like leaving. The villas each have a private pool with temperature control, and the rooms were clean. There’s a nice menu with lots of food choices, and you can ask the chef to make whatever you like. The staff were friendly and supportive, too. Beautiful place and a great experience, we’ll definitely visit again.

I booked two houses for two nights. The first night, one of them was far too hot. I reported it at 2 pm, and they said it would take 30 minutes. We went out and came back at 9, but it was still hot, so three of us had to sleep in the living room of my family’s house. It was really uncomfortable. I gave them the keys, and they said they’d refund one night because they couldn’t fix the AC problem then. I was told the refund would arrive within three days, but they haven’t replied to my texts or emails. It’s disrespectful to read a message and not answer. I don’t recommend this place.
