Premier Inn Sakarya Hotel

For the price, the location and services are good, and it’s one of the few suitable choices for families with children. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are fairly clean. Breakfast is very good, though a few items weren’t fresh. The air conditioning was the main problem. It didn’t seem to work properly, and other reviews suggest this has been going on for a long time.

We spent three weeks here on a business trip, and the staff were friendly and always ready to go out of their way for us. A special thank you to Hatice Kaldır, who made a huge difference from the day she arrived. Breakfast improved dramatically and had a delicious, wide selection. The first couple of days had been a disaster, with hardly anything to eat in the morning. Thanks as well to housekeeping, technical support, the front desk, and especially the waiters. Hatice Kaldır deserves special thanks for managing all of this.

The hotel is large and was very empty, maybe because I wasn't there in season. The location is good, there’s plenty of parking, and the room, cleaning, and breakfast were all good. Reception staff were polite. Wi-Fi was usually a problem, and the spa was expensive. They also asked me to pay the full amount at check-in, before I’d even settled in. I’d never had to do that before.

The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, with intimate lighting, and the price was reasonable enough that we’ll probably come back. We visited for a spa day, and the hotel itself is new, nicely built, and in great shape. The spa made a good first impression, but we did run into some technical issues. The steam room and sauna on the men’s side were working, while my wife found both switched off on the women’s side. An employee came to fix that quickly, but while we waited we tried the men’s sauna together. It was much too hot compared with other saunas we’ve used. We tried to cool down with the water bucket, but the ladle was so hot that we scalded our hands. We used the men’s steam room instead. The spa could also use water dispensers near the saunas.
