Everyone was so sweet. Ali was especially kind, helped us a lot, and made sure we were comfortable. His English is very good. He was the best. A wonderful experience.

I came from the UK and visited Sapanca Pyramid in July. The price was reasonable and there wasn’t a higher price for us. It was the cheapest holiday place I found, and it suited a family of four. Breakfast was excellent. You order food from their kitchen, and they bring fruit and tea too. The staff are very friendly, and I’d definitely visit again.

Read the negative reviews before you book. The customer service was terrible, and the staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. It felt like making money was their only concern, without attention to what guests need. Look for somewhere that values its guests more than their money.

We stayed for two days and everything was great. We’ll book again in the future. Thanks.

I wouldn’t recommend booking here. They’re racist, charging Turkish citizens one price and foreigners double, wherever they’re from.
