Sakarya Hotel

Dear Sakarya Hotel Team, The respect and professionalism your staff showed guests, along with the cleanliness, made a strong impression on me. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and I felt at home throughout my stay. It was clear that a lot of care goes into looking after guests and maintaining the hotel. Thank you for making my visit memorable. I’d be glad to stay with you again. Best regards, Manou

There’s plenty of room to unpack and organize your things, including the kids’ belongings when you’re traveling with them. The hotel is clean and tidy, too. What really stood out to me was how quickly staff responded whenever I called reception for something. The response was instant, so I learned to wait by the door for whatever I’d asked for. I haven’t experienced that in another hotel yet. In the mornings, you’d pass one or two housekeepers cleaning rooms in the corridors. They were kind enough to smile and say good morning, “gunaydin.” I had a great stay.

The free breakfast and dinner were delicious, clean, and nicely served, so make sure to try them. The place is extremely clean and well maintained, with incredible customer service from management through to the workers. Everyone was friendly, polite, and courteous. It really deserves four stars, and I highly recommend staying here in Sakarya.

I didn’t try the spa. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the rooms were very good. I slept really well thanks to the extremely comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was great too, with tasty local spreads and cheese. I was very happy with my stay.
