The indoor pool and the jacuzzi in our room were real highlights, and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was only okay and could have had more variety. Our villa was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would gladly recommend the hotel.

The food was good and had a nice variety, and check-in and checkout were quick. The location is convenient, but the road to the hotel is narrow and there's nothing around it. The room itself had good space, though the sheets and pillows need replacing. Room service was very poor and not up to Ramada standards. Maintenance took nearly two hours to come when I asked for help with the safe and jacuzzi. After cleaning, the housekeeper left her used sheet outside my room until the next day. The receptionist said the duty manager wasn't around, day or night, when I asked to complain. I do want to thank Mr. Melih, who speaks English well and was helpful, kind, and professional.

Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated the team's effort at Ramada Hotel. Special thanks to Melisa, Gürkan, and Derya for being so kind, supportive, and professional. We had a great event and hope to work with you on future ones.

The beds were comfortable and the restaurant food was very good, but the limited drinks and repetitive afternoon tea made the “all-inclusive” package feel cheap. Overall, the service was very poor. Housekeeping and front desk staff were unhelpful, with the language barrier adding to the problem. We complained during the stay and nothing happened. To whoever replies to reviews, I don't want the usual generic apology or invitation to return. This was enough to make sure we won't be back. From the start, it was a frustrating, disappointing stay at Ramada by Wyndham Thermal Springs in Sapanca. Paying was a hassle: they're not on standard booking platforms, so I had to work with my bank to make an international transfer. Check-in took an hour. The front desk agent spoke very little English, let someone behind us go ahead, and we also had to wait for a golf cart to reach our unit. There were no maps for the resort or nearby lake area, which would have helped. We were a large group but weren't given neighboring units, and after the cart dropped us near ours, nobody helped with the bags. We had to carry them up a steep slope and stairs ourselves. The rooms looked nice but lacked basics: cutlery, dishes, dishcloths, and enough toilet paper to last until morning. Housekeeping didn't clean our room despite three WhatsApp requests to management. When it was finally serviced on day two, they left no fresh towels. We had to ask repeatedly, and the towels only arrived at 9 pm. The biggest disappointment for our kids was finding the outdoor pool drained and unusable, without any warning. They advertise it as a facility, so this should have been disclosed before we paid the high prices. There is an indoor pool, but it's not a very inviting space.
