Sesa Sapanca

The pool was the one thing we liked, but the hygiene was awful. We stayed three nights in August with my wife and baby, and the pool was very cold. I understood that it might not be heated in summer, but the rest was hard to accept. There were hairs and lint on the sheets, dust on the bedside tables, and the t-shirt we set down came away dusty. The pots and pans still had oil from previous guests, and the teapot was caked with limescale. There was only one fruit knife. We asked for another and were told it would come the next day, but it never did. They brought a playpen for our baby, but it was very dirty, as was the old towel they put on it. The jacuzzi water was muddy. We were told to fill and empty it several times, which we did, but it was still unusable after three days. Hot water stopped at one point, then the water went out completely later. The electricity also went off briefly. After rain overnight, the bedroom was flooded by morning. Cats kept coming into the garden, and bees and flies were a constant nuisance. We've stayed in many places, and this was the worst for hygiene. We definitely didn't like it.

The breakfast was superb, and we had no shortage of hot water. Our family and friends had a really nice stay.

The heated pools being open all the time was perfect, and the service and attention were excellent. I highly recommend it.
