The grounds were calm, lovely, and well cared for, with plenty of room for children to play. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay feel personal. Our room was a letdown in a few ways: some lights didn't work and the lighting was already too dim, and the cleaning needed more attention. The toilet wasn't very clean, dishes looked like they'd been rinsed in a hurry, and there was dust on the floor. That's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Still, the good parts made the stay worthwhile, and I hope the room upkeep improves before a next visit.

We spent two days there and found it a very nice place. The villa was spacious and comfortable, though the room cleaning could be better. Special thanks to Mrs. Gamer, who was so polite and helpful.

My family and I booked the large Villa 16 and really enjoyed it. We had a barbecue, and the park and supermarket are nearby. The villa itself was very spacious, and the staff were lovely, especially Qamara ❤️. The one hassle was how far our villa was from everything, with no golf car available to get around.

The photos on the website and Google don't match what you get. These are old, dusty, dirty cabins. They had to come clean ours again because the floors were filthy, there was hair on the beds, and everything was dusty. Nothing seemed in good shape, and we had no hot water. Breakfast took more than an hour and a half to arrive and wasn't good. A horrible stay. Check my review pictures.
