World DREAMS Sapanca

The place was calm, but the poor service and negative atmosphere made us regret staying there. We had no hot water for two nights in December, and reception wasn’t helpful. They didn’t speak English, and we had to carry our own bags up and down.

I found the prices very reasonable for the quality of the stay, and the front desk service made a strong impression. Duygu was especially kind and helpful, and I really appreciated her professional, warm welcome. The other staff were friendly, too. I had a comfortable, memorable visit and would definitely return. I’d recommend this place.

The Sky Villa was the highlight for me. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and had stunning views, with comfort and luxury together. The location was easy to reach and close to major attractions, but still peaceful enough to unwind. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and housekeeping and room service were prompt. Breakfast had a great range of fresh, tasty choices. I had a wonderful stay, and it was great value for money. Highly recommended for a relaxing, memorable visit.

It’s a quiet, pretty, comfortable place, and the cats and dogs make it feel familiar. The gardens were acceptably clean. The hotel is far from Sapanca’s center and you need a private car to get there. Restaurant food costs a lot for the portions, and the food in general wasn’t up to par. Breakfast isn’t open buffet at the moment, though I don’t know why. Apart from that, things were nice. I’d recommend visiting if you want a break from the noise, on your own or with someone you love.
