Alya Suit

We traveled from Ankara as a family of four and found the rooms filthy, with everything seeming disgusting. There was a lot of noise from other rooms, and the bathroom ceiling leaked. They advertised air conditioning, but the rooms had none. It was a waste of our time.

There was shouting and noise nonstop, with so much coming through the walls it felt like people were talking right beside you. The staff used swear words and slang, which was disturbing too. The rooms were falling apart and terribly dirty. Pitching a tent on the beach would have been cleaner.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the service and cleanliness were awful. My fiancé and I were there November 26-29. We asked for hand and foot towels, but they never arrived during our three-day stay. The roller blind was broken the whole time as well, and no one bothered to help or repair it. We worked out a fix ourselves, as the photo I attached shows. There was a kettle, but no other kitchen equipment. We won't stay at this hotel again.

I'd call it an average place, maybe 5/10. The staff were polite, Wi-Fi was very good, and the room and toilet were clean, with comfortable beds and fresh sheets. But there was no air conditioning, some sockets were loose, and the sofa had cigarette burns. Parts of the wallpaper were peeling.
