At least the bed was comfortable. The room stank of cigarettes, and the bathroom was disgusting, with bugs and a terrible smell. Restaurant service was awful and the food just mid. Parking was a nightmare, there was no WiFi, and it was really noisy outside. The window blinds wouldn't close.

The staff were very rude, and they wouldn't refund me. I booked through booking, so they said a refund wasn't possible, which made no sense to me. I stayed for two days and was shocked to find a MOUSE IN MY ROOM!!! They didn't believe me when I reported it, so I took a video and showed them.

Being right on the beach meant a lovely view and a nice area to walk around, with loads of restaurants and music at night. The B+C Hotel is comfortable, the staff are really friendly, and breakfast every morning is delicious. Highly recommended.

We booked a weekend room with a jacuzzi and sea view, but the jacuzzi took ages to fill and the water was cold. On the first day, the blinds remote broke with the blinds shut. I asked several times for it to be fixed and was told a technician would come soon, but nothing happened. After a day, I went to the store myself to buy a battery and fix the remote. We ended up without either the jacuzzi or the sea view. When I asked for partial compensation, they offered a plate of fruit, and said even a partial refund wasn't possible. Pets are allowed at the hotel, though.

The hotel feels very luxurious, with direct views of the Black Sea and the beautiful city of Samsun. Booking and room service were easy to arrange, and the staff were friendly. Mrs. Aysegul was especially warm with guests and paid attention to what they needed so they'd be comfortable 😍❤
