It's just outside the intense chaos, but close enough to walk in. There's a little row of restaurants one block down. My room was a bit small, but still great, and the AC was quiet enough not to keep me awake. The owner is very nice. All in all, a great stay :)

The owners were incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful, always checking that guests were comfortable and supported. The rooms have been recently renovated and are modern, nicely appointed, and very clean. Someone was always around to answer questions or help, which makes a big difference when traveling. I enjoyed the stay so much that I decided to extend my trip and stay longer. I had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend the hotel. I'd happily come back.

Sanddoor was a good deal, and our host was hands-on and provided excellent service. The rooms were neat and clean, with the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance. I’d recommend staying here next time you’re in the area.

The staff were lovely and always willing to help, and the rooms were comfortable. It was my first time in Istanbul, and staying here made the visit even better. A good fit for first-timers and people who already know the city.

We could have used more frequent cleaning and fresh towels. Still, the hotel was excellent for the price, with shops and restaurants nearby and a central location. Özhan also took us around the Asian side of Istanbul, which made for an unforgettable experience.
