Don’t book this hotel. I reserved through Ebookers for 12 people, for 02nd April to 7th April 2018. When we arrived, the manager said there was no booking in the system because he hadn’t sent a confirmation email. I showed him my booking confirmation, but he refused to acknowledge it. I was stranded in Istanbul at 6am on 02nd April 2018 with four small children and an elderly person who was unwell. Ebookers even tried speaking to the manager, but he still wouldn’t accept the booking despite the hotel confirming it. We had a very bad experience and were then dropped off at Sultan Ahmet square Istanbul in the rain. When we arrived outside the hotel, we found it was displaying the frontage of other hotels and wasn’t the actual hotel shown in the photo. Avoid booking here at any cost. It isn’t worth a star, but the system wouldn’t let me post without selecting one. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
