Cepnis Hotel

The misleading Booking.com photos were the most frustrating part of my stay. The view didn’t match what was shown, and the location was inconvenient and not as described. The hotel and room were poor and nowhere near acceptable. The actual place was nothing like the pictures. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The beach is very close, and the restaurant has a beautiful view. Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. The location is handy too, with restaurants, supermarkets, and bars all around. But the hotel needs renovation, and our beds were horribly uncomfortable. City-view rooms are very noisy because the hotel is on a main street with lots of cars. With the windows shut it’s better, but if you open them, you can’t hear yourself talk. Only the suites have balconies, unfortunately there are no standard rooms with one.

We ended up continuing our trip, but we’d come back for a proper stay. We only went in to look at the rooms, and the young man at the front desk kindly showed us around the whole hotel. The rooms were very clean and had great views, the location was spectacular, and the price seemed reasonable. There was limited parking in front of the property.

I spent three weeks here and was very happy with the service. The room was comfortable and clean, everything in the hotel seemed new, and the bed was especially comfortable. The receptionist came to meet us in the parking lot and offered help. The staff were the best, and Seçil at reception was especially cool, open, caring, and attentive. Thanks for the warm welcome! I recommend this hotel to everyone. 😊
