The prices are very reasonable compared with other places, and the furniture is brand new and unused, which is a real plus. It's a fantastic place to stay in every way. Everyone should come see it.

In Samsun, this is the highest quality student apartment. The supervision is excellent, and the rooms, facilities, meals, and breakfast are all more than enough for a student. It's one of the few places where you can leave your children and feel completely at ease.

My son had a single room at your dorm in 2024-2025. We were very pleased with how clean and trustworthy it was, and with the way he was welcomed like a brother. I'm grateful to all the managers and staff for their service.

24.12.2024 Revised: We chose this dorm this year, and my son has been in a single room for exactly three months. We're very happy with the facilities and cleanliness. I know he's in a clean room, gets breakfast and a home-cooked dinner, and has hot water, his own TV, a balcony, and a refrigerator. More variety in the food would be nice. Thanks again to the authorities and staff. We first met with them to arrange a place for my son, but I didn't register him because the fee strained our budget. Over time I came to see it as the best male student dormitory in Samsun. The clean rooms, TVs, and refrigerators are a big advantage. His current dorm doesn't clean properly and doesn't allow TVs or refrigerators. Since they haven't refunded the fees, I can't move him here now. God willing, I'll register him next year. We'd choose this place for its location, cleanliness, balcony rooms, and especially how seriously they take security. Good luck.
