The free dinner was the only real plus, along with a halfway decent sea view. The guys at the lobby came across as arrogant, lazy, and incompetent. I had some shopping delivered while recovering from surgery, but they made me come downstairs to collect it myself. You can hear everything in the neighboring rooms, too. They really aren't keeping up with reality.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. When I asked whether my girlfriend could stay in the same room, the staff got confrontational, raising their voices while three of them circled us. We agreed to cancel the remaining nights and refund them, but getting my money back took 13 days. They ignored my email, made excuses about the accountant being sick, and then claimed the transfer had been sent when it hadn't. They finally refunded me after I threatened further action. The staff were rude throughout that situation. The room was noisy as well. The walls are thin, and I could hear the next room's TV at 2 am. The hotel was mostly empty, so it was odd to put two people together. I didn't sleep well. Not a good experience.

There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the beach nearby is fantastic for swimming or a walk. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, in a nice district. Being on a main road does mean you can notice some noise.

The hotel itself was ok, but Fatima Hanim made my stay. She was lovely, always smiling, and very professional. She made everything easy for me. Thank you, dear ❤️❤️❤️

The pool and gym have restricted hours for men and women, who can only use them separately, so families can't go together. Breakfast was pretty sad, too. The hotel is badly outdated. A terrible experience.
