Sheraton Grand Samsun Hotel

The Executive Lounge wasn't operating during my stay, so Bonvoy members should temper their expectations about lounge access and benefits until it returns. Aside from that, Sheraton Grand Samsun was a really enjoyable place to stay. The property's safety and cleanliness were excellent, and its rustic but elegant furnishings made it feel comfortable and charming. It sits in a prime spot on the Black Sea, with breathtaking views, and seems well suited to both business and leisure trips. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Yağmur at the Flora Restaurant deserves a special mention for her warm service, which made the meal even better. The hotel delivers on its location, atmosphere, and service. I'd highly recommend it and look forward to coming back.

The rooms were immaculate, and the decor felt elegant without losing that cozy, comfortable feel. Breakfast had a great range of food, and we loved the amazing views. We had a lovely time at Sheraton Grand, with its pool and beach activities, and it really lives up to its grand name. I also loved our time in Samsun. I had no idea it was such a beautiful place.

The facilities made a great first impression on me: there’s a big indoor pool, a huge gym, separate spaces for Pilates and spinning, plus saunas for both women and men. The rooms are roomy and have all the amenities, and the public areas are spacious and very clean, with a lovely sea view. Breakfast has plenty to choose from, mixing local and international food. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was.

We’ve been back several times because the hotel is lovely. The staff are so kind, especially the bellboy, Mr. Aydin. He remembers us and our names, which I really appreciate. We’ll definitely come again.
