Honestly, I’ve never been a fan of the Sheraton brand. No matter which country I stayed in, it always ended up being the worst hotel among all the ones in the same area. Sheraton disappointed me in China. Sheraton disappointed me in Europe. So I thought, *okay, maybe the one in Samsun will finally be decent.* Yeah… no. Same story. The room was old, tired, and smelled like sewage coming from the bathroom. The central ventilation only worked on heating mode — so every night I had to choose between freezing with the window open or suffocating from the stuffy air. 📞 Trying to call the front desk?

My recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Samsun was truly enjoyable. The property combines excellent safety, immaculate cleanliness, and rustic yet elegant furnishings that create both comfort and charm. Its prime location on the Black Sea provides breathtaking views, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The staff’s hospitality stood out—friendly, attentive, and professional. A particular mention goes to Yağmur in the Flora Restaurant, whose service and warmth elevated the dining experience. Great place, amazing views, great selection of food at breakfast, elegantly decorated and yet cozy and comfortable. Loved our stay at Sheraton Grand and it lives upto it's grand mark. This place is lovely with pool and beach activities. Rooms are immaculate. In addition, loved our time at Samsun, never knew the place was this beautiful.
