Nothing stood out in either direction, which was fine. We got in late and were checked in straight away; the room was okay, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast got boring, though it wasn’t too bad.

They seemed so sweet at first, but the way the price changed left me furious. I asked for a room for three and showed the online price. The staff member said the internet rate was lower, then offered 3000 without breakfast, followed by a discount to 2800 without breakfast or 3200 with it. I agreed to the option with breakfast. Once we came in with our things, they said that price was for two people, even though she had offered two separate beds. The prices then went up because more clients had arrived and they could sell the rooms for more. It felt like money was all that mattered. Horrible!

The location was all right, and I found the service good. Staff were friendly, and the rooms were prepared properly and cleaned every day. I recommend it.

I come back here whenever I’m in Samsun. The rates are good, the staff are fantastic, and the rooms are decent.

The room had a beautiful view, and the hotel is close to everything in Samsun. A really good place to stay.
