The only positive I noticed was that I didn't see bed bugs. The room was disgusting, with stained walls, dead bugs, someone's chewed gum, chipped paint, and a sagging couch that looked close to falling apart. The bedding smelled dusty and old, and the crooked blinds and thin walls made things worse. We could hear the neighbors shouting, and when they shut their door, our whole room shook. There were four beds and no closet. The balcony key broke, and the main door barely opened or closed. The shower head was broken and barely worked, its holder didn't fit, the water kept switching between hot and cold, and there was no shower door or place for soap. Even though we hadn't used it, the drain was clogged. There's no oven or stove either. One hallway light kept flickering, and the elevator made a loud noise as it opened and closed. I think new owners took over recently, and the new guys are TERRIBLE at their job. THEY KEEP THEIR STARS UP WITH BOTS AND FAKE ACCOUNTS! Wouldn't recommend at all, minus 20 out of 10. Go somewhere else, especially since the prices aren't different from other, probably much much better, places.

The ceiling over the bed was bulging and falling on us, and we couldn't sleep. The bedding was dirty, and the sheets were wet. The heater wasn't turned on, and there were sticky marks on the walls. The toilet tap was broken and ran all night. In the kitchen, turning on the tap sent water everywhere. There wasn't even a glass, and I had to buy soap. We went to the hospital and spent the night on the couch. I'd paid through the following evening, but we left in the morning and they wouldn't refund the difference. I explained all my complaints and they ignored me, they don't care. Don't believe the replies they leave here. Anyone with a brain should check everything before staying. I don't know who wrote the nice comments. Where were we then? This is the worst apartment I've ever seen, on 26 10 2025.

The rooms were very clean, and the woman working there was attentive and friendly. We came on someone else's recommendation and had hesitated because of the reviews, but our experience was nothing like them. Thanks to her again from both of us. We'd recommend a visit. If we come this way again, we'll know where to find BY KUTLU APART.

We came for a holiday as a group of five friends and picked this apartment because the owner seemed attentive and friendly. It was wonderful. Thanks for the clean rooms and all the kindness.
