Loved the place. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

The only thing I’d change is the one-night stays. A place this decent should require at least two nights, since people coming for a quick getaway or entertainment misuse it and lower the quality. Be careful, those who leave negative reviews are the same types. Also, although the property is fenced and protected, it isn’t completely conservative, with other buildings nearby. We stayed at the white villa as a family for three nights and four days, and yes, I’d go back and recommend it. Samsun over Sapanca. The owner takes their work seriously and doesn’t cut corners; the villa is thoughtfully designed and furnished with quality pieces. It has everything, including a heated pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, second kitchen outside, barbecue, and a television in the garden. They’ve thought of the little things too, from paper towels, salt, sugar, spices and kitchen utensils to insect repellent, tongs and kindling. The staff clean really well, and communication is great. Any problem gets dealt with right away.

It was peaceful and quiet, and we had a lovely stay. The villa was very clean, well cared for, and just like the pictures. Ms. Şeyma was attentive and helpful, which made the holiday even more enjoyable. I’d gladly recommend it to families wanting a comfortable, relaxing break. We’re planning to come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’d driven 500 km for a one-night stay, then waited two hours while the lady kept putting us off, saying she’d bring the key after the evening match. Nobody ever brought it, so we slept with the door unlocked. I also called to ask if she could arrange something for the pool. She said okay, but no one showed up and there were no towels. The pool was round, basically somewhere to get in and out, and it was so hot we couldn’t stand in it. For this price, there are much better places. Please don’t waste your money. There are other comments saying they weren’t given a key either. This is a residential area, and I have two small children. Who would be responsible for their safety if one of them had come in? You don’t leave people waiting for a key until midnight, madam. There’s a proper way to do things. May you have good fortune, what else can I say? I’ll never stay here again.
