Hotel Sandra

The location is right in the center, so you can walk everywhere. Last week my guests stayed for a week, and I was back and forth to the hotel often. I stayed for two days myself. The staff were friendly, the rooms and new hotel were very clean, and the local breakfast was really good. The owner was attentive and personally handled guests’ problems. I recommend it to anyone visiting Urfa from outside the city.

We’ve traveled for 35 days, and as a group of four, this was the most expensive and worst hotel we’ve stayed in. The rooms were terrible, breakfast was awful, and ventilation noise kept us from sleeping at night. Breakfast was at 7:00; when we came down at 7:30, there was no tea or cheese left, and nobody seemed to care. They supposedly accept only cash or bank transfers, not cards, and they provided no receipts or invoices. That’s a problem, and I’ll report it to CİMER (Turkish Presidential Complaint Center). The receptionist was helpful, but her efforts weren’t enough.

Our family had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the staff helped us with everything. We were very pleased ☺️🙏🏻

My daughter and I were very happy with the care and attention from the staff, and we want to thank them all. We stayed for two days and loved Urfa, but Sandra Hotel made the trip especially nice. The rooms were hygienic, spacious, and clean, and the buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. They even arranged a table for us on the open terrace. The night view over coffee was beautiful. Sandra Hotel will be our home from now on, and I recommend it to everyone.
