We liked our three-night family holiday here very much, and I’m sure we’ll choose this hotel again. The new managers were helpful in every way, even while renovations were going on, and the attentive staff made us happy. Breakfast was delicious and suited to Turkish cuisine. 🖤💫💫💫👍

We came as a student group, and the welcome, cleanliness, and service were all really perfect. Even after my vacation ended, I had to wait a couple more hours for my flight, and they kindly brought me tea, dessert, and more. Staying at AKGOL HOTEL was a perfect choice 😎

Things have gone downhill a lot since my first visit in 2017. The Akgol is very dirty and smells bad, even the shower water. The carpet is nasty enough that I was afraid to take off my socks, and the furniture needs replacing. The WiFi is slow too. Breakfast doesn’t really include tea. They give you a little paper cup of hot water and a tea bag, and green tea was the only option. Other hotels in Turkey serve real tea. There’s a cafe beside the hotel with the same owner, where you can buy real tea or a better breakfast.

I returned to Urfa in Jan. 2022 and spent 16 days at Akgöl hotel. The staff had changed and were helpful, polite, and friendly. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the breakfast buffet was good, though it had no soup. The location is in the city center, near the bazar, supermarkets, the airport bus station, public transport, and government offices. I want to thank all clients.
