Joselin Hotel

The rooms felt roomy and comfortable, and everything looked clean and well cared for. The staff were so welcoming that it felt easy to settle in. We could walk to the tourist sights, and the pretty stone streets and views were lovely. I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

We booked two rooms at short notice for a very fair price and spent two lovely days here as a family. December was quiet, with few other guests. The included breakfast was very good, and the staff welcomed us warmly throughout. They shared useful local tips and even arranged a Sıra Gecesi for us, which was unforgettable, as was our visit to Göbekli Tepe. The hotel is in the lively city centre, close to Fish Lake, Abraham's cave, and several museums, including the Archaeological museum. The nearby nightclub or bar was the one drawback. We could hear the music in our room, and it went on late into the night. Otherwise, this was a good deal for the money. It's a small, friendly place in the old city, with the tourist sights within reach, though you can't drive right up to the hotel. The rooms are compact and a bit crowded, but hygiene was fine. Breakfast was okay, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The garden is lovely, the room has character, and the AC worked well. The staff were kind, and the hotel is close to the places of interest. Parking was the main snag, since the description says it's possible and that was a little misleading. Mornings were hard to wake up for, but breakfast was great. For the price, I'd give it five stars. It's a safe oasis in a hot city, though a few things could still be better. Thank you.
