The house was much more hygienic than I expected, and the owners were nice. The rooms were a decent size, and the pool was clean. There are markets nearby. For a beach trip, though, I wouldn't recommend Kaputaj beach. It's famous but didn't seem special to me, and it falls short in many ways. It gets very crowded, the waves are strong, and the atmosphere isn't comfortable.
