At Ipek Palas Otel, the room was clean and had a nice interior, and the service was friendly. Staff were ready to help at any time. Turkish is useful, but English works too. We really enjoyed our stay!

At [Ipek Palas Hotel], receptionist Sedat made me feel welcome right away with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were very efficient. They also went out of their way to answer all my questions about the hotel amenities and the local area. I was really impressed by the exceptional service.

Market, restaurant, and bazaar are all nearby, and it's a good location for a holiday. The staff are very friendly and it feels like a safe place to stay. Thank you so much.

The breakfast food was nothing special, and the food was expired. The doors were broken, so the lock wouldn't work. The A/C units were really bad and leaked water until the floor was like a pool. The light switches didn't work, so I couldn't turn the lights off and had to sleep with them on all night. It was very hard. A very bad hotel.
