Mr. Cem and Mr. Ferudun were friendly, attentive, and helpful during our holiday stay. We appreciated how well they communicated with guests and worked to find solutions. The rooms, though, were a letdown. The photos shown at booking didn't match the rooms we were given. They smelled strongly of damp, and we found it hard to stay in them for long. We were there just two days, but the conditions affected our health and enjoyment of the holiday. When we raised this with management, they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn't move us. We appreciated the staff's attentiveness, but left dissatisfied because the accommodation was far below what we expected.

We were very pleased with our stay and recommend the hotel. Everything was spotless, from the rooms and beds to the bathrooms, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was good and included local products. The staff were sincere, friendly, helpful, and respectful. The holiday crowds made parking hard to find, but they helped us get a spot. On our first evening, they took us to a traditional Turkish music night, which was a lot of fun, and gave us suggestions for places to visit the next morning. Thank you very much.
