It's a cute little city hotel, with pretty, clean rooms. We only spent one night there, but I can recommend it for a longer stay too. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from.

When I became unwell during our stay, the hotel manager, Mr. Ramazan, drove me to the hospital in his own car that evening. He waited while I finished my IV drips, picked up my medicine from the on-duty pharmacy, and then took me back to the hotel. That kind of sincere, people-focused care is hard to find, and I'm very grateful to him. We were staying at the Arad Hotel in Şanlıurfa as part of a cultural tour with Tatil Budur, and were generally very satisfied. The hotel was clean and orderly, with excellent service. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and staff, and I'm sure we'll choose it again. Many thanks to Mr. Ramazan.

The rooms were clean and orderly, and the amenities went well beyond what we expected. This was the most relaxing, welcoming stop on our trip. The staff made us feel at home right from the moment we arrived, with their friendly and attentive manner. Thanks for everything!

The ventilation in the hotel bathroom sink area wasn't working, so I wasn't very happy with my room. The staff, though, were excellent. Many thanks especially to mehmet gül and emir korkmaz for their care and attention. Breakfast was good 😍

The breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choice and delicious food. We spent a three-day holiday in Urfa with friends at the Arat Hotel, and the cleanliness and friendly staff made us feel wonderful. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
