Yunus was a wonderful local guide, and we met him by Mt. Nemrut. You can reach him on WhatsApp at +905336821242. He speaks English fluently, is very articulate, and was incredibly helpful and kind. I'd encourage tourists to contact him about exploring Urfa, Adiyama, and Turkey more broadly. At the hotel, our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the welcoming staff served us a filling, complete breakfast. Parking was available too. It felt like a genuine experience, and I'd stay again if I'm back in Urfa. Thanks to everyone who made the trip memorable, especially Yunus. Hope to return soon :)

Yunus, whom I met near Nemrut dağı, recommended this place and was a really kind guy. I got a warm welcome at Kervan Butik Otel, and the staff were friendly. Mehmet was especially nice and clearly cares about the guests.

We came to Sanliurfa on a tour and stayed one night, November 11th. I wish we hadn't booked here. There was no elevator, the room was filthy, the beds had stains, the toilet was awful, and the flush didn't work. The window wouldn't shut, and the door handle came off in my hand. When I reported it, they insisted it wouldn't come off. They said the rooms would be cleaned, but when we came back nothing had changed and the sheets were still the same. When we asked, they said it wasn't our turn. The staff seemed completely uninterested and irresponsible. The hotel was terrible, and I would never recommend staying here. It doesn't deserve even one star.

The location made our three-day visit easy, right by Balıklıgöl and the inns. Mr. Şahin and Mr. Mehmet were so helpful, and their warm conversations, hospitality, and treats made my wife and me very happy. We're grateful to them. The breakfast was lovely, with local dishes and a great presentation. It felt like good value and a perfect family place. We were very pleased and would happily visit again, even for just a day in Urfa. Urfa and its people are special. We wholeheartedly recommend Kervan Hotel.
