Zininur Boutique hotel

We only booked a one-day stay, but woke up to sewage water all over the room. All our belongings were soaked, including my camera and laptop. The hotel offered no service or refund, and we were charged too much for the meal as well. It was a terrible experience.

This is one of the most original hotel concepts I’ve come across.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and I want to thank them. The dampness was hard to miss, though: clothes we left out all day got damp, and there was a strong musty smell. We had a room at the back near the entrance, so maybe the issue was limited to that room. There wasn’t a trash can or hairdryer in the room, so be aware of that. I gave the hotel's name for the parking lot, but they still charged 400 TL per day. It seems they add another charge if you leave after 11 am.

Cousins ​​Velat and Emin were attentive and gave us helpful tips on where to eat, drink, shop, and go sightseeing around the city. They even helped us find a spot on the street, so we avoided the paid lot outside the hotel. The location is very central, and our room was clean and a good size. There was no wardrobe, so we kept our things in our suitcases. Since we were only there for two days and mainly used the room to sleep, it didn’t bother us much. Thanks so much for everything! 🤗
