Right in the old town, Ktisis hotel is very close to Şanlıurfa's most famous places. The rooms feel authentic and historic but also have a modern style, and they're very clean. I could relax there and enjoy the local breakfast. The owner is really kind and helpful, and you can ask him anything. If you're planning to stay in Şanlıurfa, I'd suggest this place. Have a nice holiday, travellers 😊

Ktisis Otel is in the heart of Şanlıurfa, an easy walk to the city center, including Balıklıgöl and çarşı. We stayed in a renovated "konak" (mansion), and its terrace was super cosy. Hacı İsmail and Cengiz were lovely hosts, welcoming and really helpful. They even gave us breakfast. İsmail's "biber reçeli" (chili jam) is a must. Five stars, every time.

The owner was charming and helpful, and knew so much about Sanliurfa that he was happy to share. Without his knowledge, I would have missed out on many parts of the city. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Turkey. The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the price was good for what you get.
