I liked the rooms, and the service was really friendly.

The room itself was spotless, but the breakfast area was so dirty that food scraps from the previous night's events were still around, and we had to sit on the floor. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the location is very central, but there were a lot of problems. The bathroom was like a coffin, a huge box-like corner added to the room as a toilet and shower. Its light was broken; after we mentioned it, they gave us a bulb. There were no towels or slippers, just a bed and kettle. We asked for their tea bags and got paper cups instead. We waited about an hour for breakfast, with only 4-5 tables while everyone else sat on the floor. After one person showered for 10 minutes, the hot water ran out, leaving the other two with cold showers. Parking is very limited, and finding a spot is unlikely. I think the holiday and staff leave meant they were short-handed, even though they were kind and helpful. Still, we paid full price for a nice hotel hoping to be comfortable, and it just didn't work out.

The location is very good, but getting there means driving through a narrow alley. Parking is on the street in front, though. Room size and cleanliness are decent, but room choice is a matter of luck and some areas need maintenance. Breakfast is at a place they have an agreement with. Hot water can be a problem too, depending on the room.

My relatives chose this place while traveling in Urfa with their mother, but their experience caused us a lot of distress. They paid the full amount upfront before checking in, yet the rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained, and there was an unsettling atmosphere with fighting at the hotel. They wanted to leave immediately. Although they never stayed, one night's fee was unfairly withheld and not refunded. We absolutely cannot recommend this treatment, which was neither hospitable nor commercially ethical.
