It's a peaceful, clean place with amazing architecture and decorations. The location is really nice, and the staff are lovely. Really good chai and sweets, too. Best hotel in town!!!

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and handled everything professionally while being accommodating. The building is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the price is good, and the location works well. Breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic view of Urfa, so make sure it's included. Incredible experience, I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A husband and wife run this lovely family hotel, and their hospitality was exceptional. They were kind, warm, and respectful, with truly elegant service. The traditional village-style breakfast was unforgettable and more than excellent. It's also well located near major tourist attractions like Balıklıgöl. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spotless. The bedding, shower, and toilet were all clean, without even one hair anywhere, which is hard to find in hotels. The shower does leak a little into the bathroom, but there's a second drain. I understand that's common in Turkish homes and hotels. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, shower sandals, and water in the minibar. We booked breakfast for five people, about 200 TL per person. It was fresh, nicely prepared, and had a good variety. The owner was attentive and professional. He has a delightful little cat called money. Cat lovers like us enjoyed the cute furball, though it mostly keeps to itself and won't cause trouble for people who don't like cats. After a tour through east turkey this fall, this was our third hotel, and the first place in days where I got a nice warm shower, washed my hair, and slept well. I didn't freeze at night either, since the air conditioning worked and was clean. The hotel is tucked into old backstreets in a somewhat creepy spot, and it was a little hard to reach and find, but it's very central and close to all the tourist targets. Inside, there's a beautiful historical atrium. The owner greeted us politely, knew who we were and what we'd booked, showed us our rooms, and made some small talk. A very clean, pleasant place with great service. I'll keep it in mind.

We arrived by motorbike for a one-night stay, and Resul, the guy, was incredibly welcoming. The hotel is in the old part of the city and gives you the feel of a Middle Eastern home. You can't get there by car, so be careful. We rode our motorbike right through the bazaar! Definitely an amazing, unforgettable experience.
