Richmond Nua Wellness - Spa Sapanca

Ms. Samia Mohamed made our honeymoon feel special with a cake just for us and a beautifully decorated room. The front garden was lovely, and the facilities were clean. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were cooperative, and there was plenty of spacious parking. Thank you to Richmond Nua Wellness Hotel in Sapanca for the warm hospitality and a memorable stay.

Samia Mohamed was really helpful, and we enjoyed our time here. The area is quiet, the rooms are wonderful, and the restaurant serves good food. My only issue was the central heating in winter, since turning it off was the only option.

The spa facilities were excellent, and the calm atmosphere made the stay genuinely relaxing. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout. Samiya the Front Desk Supervisor was especially helpful and recommended things for us to enjoy in Sapance. We’d happily return and recommend Richmond Nua Wellness Spa to others.

We’ve been coming here regularly since 2009 and are still quite happy with the experience. The facility is getting old, but the staff do their best to keep things in good condition. It’s close to Istanbul, with a romantic view, friendly staff, and a very good spa. The women giving massage treatments are experts at their work. Kadi from spa area gives a perfect massage with her hands. Samia Mohammed is the guest relations supervisor, and all the cleaning personnel, along with the restaurant and bar staff, deserve mention too. Many of the staff have been here a long time, and their commitment to the company is obvious. They seem happy and work to exceed customers’ expectations. Congratulations to management for creating that kind of atmosphere for the staff.
