The room I stayed in had bugs, including fleas jumping around in the bedding. When I asked to move rooms, they refused. It was really distressing, and the hotel clearly isn't taking the hygiene measures needed to protect guests' health. I wish I could attach the photos here.

We told them there were fleas in room 205 on the top floor, but they still wouldn't move us. I've never come across a place this awful. We definitely can't recommend it.

Getting to the airport is easy, since they pick you up and drop you off. They also run a shuttle to the ski resort, and the prices are reasonable. It's a small, lovely hotel.
