The hotel is brand new, very clean and comfortable, and serves great food.

The restaurant experience was great. Abdullah bey, Akın bey, İlhami bey, Adem bey, and Meryem hanım were kind, attentive, and very helpful. Their hospitality made the stay enjoyable.

We stayed March 7-8 on a bed-and-breakfast package, so we hadn't booked the buffet dinner. When we asked about dinner options, staff said they'd help us with the lobby menu, but everyone was busy with the buffet and nobody served us. We ended up eating at another hotel. After we returned to the Hilton, we tried to order tea, coffee, and dessert in the lobby, but again no one came over. We had to ask reception to send someone. The staff member suggested dessert from the buffet, which wasn't included in our package, so we couldn't have any dessert either 🤣. The cappuccino we eventually got was really bad, and nobody even tried to bring tea or coffee to our table. I guess these days you can't get service here even when you're willing to pay. Thanks for the reminder.

After skiing, relaxing in the hotel's warm atmosphere was one of the best parts of the holiday. The slopes were fun, the snow was magnificent, and the landscape looked like a pristine white postcard. Ski gear was new, safe, well maintained, and comfortable, with a good setup for beginners as well as experienced skiers. Our airport pickup made transport effortless, and everything was planned conveniently. From the friendly, professional welcome onward, the DoubleTree by Hilton Sarıkamış felt like a great choice. Rooms were spotless and comfortable, with fantastic views, and the cozy atmosphere was especially welcome in the cold Sarıkamış weather. Breakfast and dinner both had plenty of delicious options, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone after comfort, quality, and a memorable ski trip.
